The approach combines traditional clinical psychology with Eastern practices such as meditation and breathwork exercises.

Having graduated with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, I incorporate various talk-therapy approaches into this process, including Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Interpersonal, and Psychodynamic techniques.

After over a decade of studying meditation from a psychological perspective, each session focuses primarily on advanced meditation exercises and breath training. The physicality of both meditation and breathwork is crucial and often missing in traditional therapeutic approaches.

True change must be both physical and mental.
